Advertising Agency require Accounts Assistant GBP12-14 per hour Short to Medium Term
My client is an advertising and PR firm with excellent offices in a prestigious location .
We require a solid account assistant with recent exposure to:
Accounts Payable :( processing invoices ;reconiliations and queries )
Spreadsheeting : ( maintaining a series of spreadsheets that are designed to speed up queries and reconcile creditor accounts.
Bank Recs: ( To reconcile payments and receipts to the bank account)
Your English should be excellent and your presentation smart.
It would be worth checking whether you can make the journey to Wimbledon Village easily and it is awkward to get to unless you live in South West or West London .
