Job DescriptionYou will be working a Day Shift pattern consisting of a 4 on / off, 8am - 8pm shift pattern, in one of the UK's most famous heritage sites located in Central London. You will work as part of a small, but established electrical maintenance team looking after all aspects of the maintenance including PPM's, reactive and lighting. You will be employed by one of the largest maintenance service providers in the industry, and will be working on one of London's most recognised buildings, so it is important you have excellent customer facing skills.Building Maintenance Electrician:Undertake maintenance procedures, regular checks and routine inspections in conjunction with the maintenance team.To undertake repair and minor works associated with the installed services.Work from Planned Maintenance schedules.Maintain and review stock levels, spares requirement through audit and timely ordering of parts.Carry out personal risk assessments of maintenance and repair activities.Complete PPM Reports.Experience and Qualifications:Recognised apprenticeship or Electrical C&G; Parts 1, 2 or equivalent & 16th Edition Electrical Regulations.Previous experience in a Office Maintenance field.Controls experience.For more Information and how to apply please contact Stuart Franklin on 0207 960 4130 or send your CV to sf@frluk.com .
