Position: Carpenter / Multi Tradesman
Location: Central London
Salary: GBP32 000 - GBP36 000 negotiable dependent upon experience.
Hours: 8.00am to 4.30pm.
Benefits Include: Full Time Contract inclusive of holidays
A small established property refurbishment company involved with prestigious and exclusive residential refurbishment works. Due to increase in works orders, the company is looking to expand its workforce and further builds upon a successful working formula. All works are repeat business or based on Client recommendation. All works are in Central and West London (Mayfair, Belgravia, Kensington and Chelsea).
The successful applicant must have a highly skilled carpentry background with a minimum 15 years on site carpentry experience. A general knowledge of the skills needed and attention to detail to maintain high standards of work within a fixed timeframe on a building site is essential. The applicant should also possess good communication skills, be very reliable and be able to liaise with the site foreman, project manager and construction director.
