Secretary receptionist
Based in our offices next to Olympia in Hammersmith we are looking for an experienced full time receptionist /secretary. We are a small firm of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Estate Agents. Hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30 with an hour for lunch. This is a permanent position.
Applicants will need the following skills:
Very good command of English and good telephone manner
Good with figures (some bookkeeping involved)
Up to date computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Audio typing (small volume but good quality touch typing is what we need)
Friendly and flexible enough to cope with both busy and quiet periods
Salary GBP20, 000 per annum.
