The Company:
We are a well established, young, fresh and forward thinking independent and expanding letting and property management agent located and dealing with property across the South London area.
The Job:
We urgently require an experienced, highly efficient, meticulous and reliable Administration Executive. Your job will involve; (amongst others) processing prospective Tenant applications, applying for references, data input of client details on to our CRM system, processing payments, invoicing, running your own diary to organise contract signing appointments, liaising with Landlords, stationary ordering
You will need to be able to work to deadlines and to an exceptionally high standard, occasionally working alone and using your own initiative.
We are based in Clapham and easily accessible by Tube, Train & Bus - we also have FREE car parking facilities if need be.
Working Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 – 18:30 – with a one hour lunch break (occasionally later appointments can drag on for 15 mins or so)
About You:
The right candidate does not need industry experience but must possess extremely good people skills and be a driven and hardworking individual. You will need the motivation and ability to take up new challenges every day in this fast moving property market. You will need to have sound and thorough knowledge of Word and Excel programmes as well as the ability to manage a CRM (client Relationship Management) system although full training will be given.
The successful candidate will be honest, discreet, reliable and be able to produce information to a consistently high standard. You will be dealing with both clients and staff and therefore a friendly and professional manner is also required.
You will ideally be located in or near Clapham or be willing to travel to and from Clapham on a daily basis. Experience in the industry is not necessary - Full Training given, however you must tick the following boxes;

*An initial starting salary of GBP18,000 – (GBP10k Base with Bonus) – [Rising after 3 month probation and annually thereafter]
