Temporary PA/Project Administrator - GBP12ph
This is a unique role working for a team of portfolio managers. This role is 50% PA and 50% Project Administration.
This is a vibrant fun office environment. This is an interesting role, working within a close team. This role is a varied role and it would give someone a good opportunity to get involved in an exciting project as well as being a PA.
Duties:
PA
Diary management,
Typing, Memos and reports
Audio typing
arranging meetings,
Prepare travel itineraries
dealing with team's expenses reports
liaising with contractors and vendors
Project work
Research
Analyzing reports
tracking products
Database management
Preparing project admin, including presentations and other formatted documentation.
This role will be extremely busy so candidates applying for this role will need to have Team Secretary or Team support roles recently as there is no time for training.
You will need to have intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
