Database Excel Administrator for Marketing Department
An exciting new role is to start with a global organisation that is a leading provider of independent internal audit and business and technology risk consulting solutions. Your position will support the Head of UK Marketing with executing marketing plans and tactics for the UK office. You will be responsible for event management, invitations, budgets, mailings, follow up and tracking of the events. In addition, the person in this role will support general administrative duties attached to marketing activities.
Your main duties will involve:
* Help develop and manage the marketing budget.
* Keep contact information on excel spread sheet up to date after basic contact information developed and cleaned.
* Develop and update supplier lists on their database.
* Be trained and familiar with salesforce.com for generation of weekly/monthly reports.
* Provide help and input for marketing plans.
* Running reports from an in-house program and compiling the report for the use of the director group.
* Assist Head of Marketing on projects as needed.
This role requires you to be advanced in all MS Office packages, especially Excel and Access. You must have experience in working with databases, and must be numerate. It is also essential that you possess experience from a previous role.
This role is a temporary role to start immediately, paying GBP10 - GBP12 per hour.
