Project architect for small high end development company - Temp to Perm
Young property development firm focused on a limited number of extremely high-end residential projects within Chelsea is now expanding to bring some architectural work in house. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detail drawings for/and liaising with our external architects, engineers, project managers, interior designers, and contractors.
Our projects involve the complete rebuilding and reconfiguration of each home over a nine to twelve month period using the latest materials and technology. We try to make the most imaginative use of space and room layouts to create unique, highly-desirable homes. The successful applicant will gain a huge amount of hands on project experience and will be required to work on projects from tender/planning drawings stage through to onsite work.

- are a fully qualified architect with excellent design and technical ability
- have great communication skills and the ability to get on
- are extremely proficient in the use of AutoCAD.
- possess considerable technical knowledge of building construction
- are willing to take on responsibility as the architectural specialist within a small focused team.
Ideal candidates will have:
- previous experience working within the high-end residential or boutique hotel sector
- good working knowledge of UK building regulations and their application
- a passion for Architecture and will be confident in your work
The company is looking for a candidate to start immediately and offers the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.
Salary/rates will be dependent upon actual experience and abilities. We are a firm who believe strongly in rewarding professional success with performance related pay.
