Pre Contracts Manager

Pre Contracts Manager
Experienced Pre Contracts Manager required for this newly established Commercial Office Design and Build Contractor based in central London. Part of a large well established group based in the South West this company have a proven track record and reputation for delivering high quality interior projects time after time. You will be tasked with coordinating the sales / design / estimating and delivery sides of the business and working with the client to produce a project that exceeds expectation and is delivered on time and within budget. The ability to produce accurate cost estimates is essential and a background in Surveying is desirable but not essential.
Location – South-West London
Availability - Immediate
Salary - GBP55K plus package.
