CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATLY
SAL : 18-25K / raise opportunities / end of year bonuses
depending of experience, and results.
We are currently looking for a f/m Secretary, that will be able to follow the need of our management to help our 50 peoples office to run smoothly !
This includes :
- Invoicing our clients.
- General Accounting of the company.
- Booking National and International trips for executives.
- Handling telephone conversations.
- Assisting executive directors.
- Confirming appointements.
- Payments via the company bank of salaries.
Skills needed :
- Microsoft Office.
- General computer and internet knowledge (windows, outlook,
internet explorer, online banking)
- Diplomatic and Hardworking
- Logic mind, avoiding mistakes.
- Highly-organized person with the ability to handle multiple projects and stress.
- Perfect english written / spoken needed.
- Lots of attention to details.
- French is a plus
