Personal Assistant to Ceo
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and innovative person to support the CEO of a leading insurance & property investment business based in Isleworth TW7 (Osterley, Hounslow Underground, Piccadilly Line)
We are a medium sized company employing approximately 50 persons at present, with steady growth of about 25% per annum.
You will be working in a positive, fast paced environment, and should have a ‘can do' approach, assisting in a variety of duties and tasks across all aspects of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Effective diary management
* Setting up telephone meetings
* Involvement in special projects
* International and domestic travel arrangements
* Collection and analysis management of weekly/monthly reports
* Excellent communication skills
* Help out with the smooth running of the office and provide support across a wide and varied range of duties as required
Skills and experience:
* Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise and use own initiative
* Well organised
* Efficient
* Effective time management
* Good phone manner
* Professional and well presented
* Confident
* Resourceful
