Our client is currently looking for potential candidates to fill the position of building services handyman. Looking after some of the City's biggest financial institutions, media organisations and government offices our client requires people with a ‘can-do' attitude and a flexible approach to their work.
Situated in EC1 looking after one site our client requires a handyman that has previous building services experience and preferably a trade qualification in plumbing, painting or carpentry. General duties include lamping, minor plumbing works, fabric works (painting & decorating), cleaning, relocation of office furniture and carpentry (hanging doors, fitting locks etc)
This position is available immediately and offers work for a minimum of three weeks, but does offer the opportunity for longer-term employment if the successful applicant gets on with our client.
