The Exhibit is a dynamic venue in the heart of Balham. Covering three floors we have a bar, 100 cover restaurant, cinema and cocktail lounge.
The restaurant is all about serving quality food in a beautiful environment with the best service.
We are currently recruiting a restaurant manager to develop and run our fabulous restaurant.
Your key responsibilities will be -
Delivering superb customer services standards.
Managing,developing, and motivating a team of staff.
Maximizing profit through marketing and overhead control.
Health & safety, cash handling, cleaning rotas. This is an extremely hands on role.
You must have experience working in a busy 'hands on' role, tons of customer service experience, passion for the industry, have a proactive & flexiable approach to work, head for numbers and huge amounts of enthusiasm.
