They have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Head Waiter with a 2-3 rosette background. Joining a professional and enthusiastic team you will be working as a Chef de Rang/Senior Chef de Rang looking for your next role. A real passion for hospitality is essential. At this hotel exceptional service is everything and the team ensure that each guest has a memorable dining experience.
The traditional British menu is created from fresh, seasonal and local produce and the chefs pride themselves on exquisite presentation.
This hotel is really something very special and I am looking for a dedicated and focused candidate to join the fine dining restaurant. Their aim is for a prestigious Michelin star so these are exciting times!
Salary GBP16000 + service charge. Accommodation is available if required + staff benefits.
