We are looking for great team member to come into the business and keep us going in the right direction. As a team member your responsibilities are:
To maintain the readiness of the store and to meet customer's needs and ability to maximise sales.
Key Areas of Accountability.
Drives Customer Service.
1. Creating a good reputation and supports the team by providing an excellent customer service.
2. To be able to provide service levels and handles customer concerns at source
3. Handles customer queries in a professional manner at all times - refers to senior managers as required
4. Understands, communicates and implements company policy & health and safety.
5. Understands the impact of visual merchandising and product placement
6. Controls stock loss within the store and implements processes to minimise loss
7. Develops and Maintains Store Operation
8. Ensures store standards are maintained at all times - retaining brand integrity
9. Ensures a safe and secure shopping and working environment
