Lords -season cdp s and pastry chefs required for 4-5 months
Berkeley Scott is now recruiting for 25 chefs to work over the Cricket
season for 4-5 months!
If you want this amazing opportunity to work with some of the best chefs in the stadium from late April/may until end august the please send your c.v to Fiona today !
You will need to have preferably experience in events or at least 1 of the below skills:
Banqueting
Pastry
Restaurants/gastro bar- fine dining
Main kitchen
Larder
Cavery
Hot kitchen
your will also need crisp whites an clean knives and a professional attitude and ready to work and excellent timekeeping!
We will be looking at c.v's, the first interviewing and registering
ASAP. The head chef will then be doing a briefing and trial day for all successeful chefs.
