A fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef has arisen in a reputable West London business. The emphasis is on providing seasonal quality fresh homemade dishes with inspiration and modern twists. Buffets also form a significant part of the food trade, so planning and preparation for events is key, and something that you enjoy getting involved in from a food aspect.
The varied and challenging role involves:
· Designing and developing specials
· Leadership and mentoring
· Managing a small team of Chefs
· Weekly stocks
· Ordering and supplier liaison
· Complying with Health and Safety regulations
Who are we looking for?
Someone with:
· Motivation and passion for everything involving food
· A positive attitude who enjoys developing their team
· Previous relevant experience
· Proven ability to create and cook fresh dishes
· Someone up for a new challenge!
· Evidence of your right to work in the UK
