The highly regarded Mark Hix Chef Director of Caprice Holdings Ltd and winner of 2 dishes on 'Great British Menu' overseas all restaurants and events within the Caprice group.
Daphne's Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic Chef de Parties with experience of working in a similar kitchen. You will need to be a motivated individual who works well as part of a team and have the drive to develop within the company. Salary based on 6 straight shifts over 5 days, meals & uniform provided on duty.
