Deputy Head Chef for Sushi Restaurant
Habibi Sushi is a sushi restaurant close to Liverpool Street Station. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in an new and dynamic restaurant.
We are looking to recruit a deputy head chef to join our kitchen
Some of the things we are looking for:
* Making sushi including maki, nigiri as well as preparing fish. Good experience in Japanese food would be ideal.
* Assisting Head Chef in maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards
* A passion for Good Food
* Good teamwork skills are essential
All candidates must have the right to work in the UK
