Our client is located in London and has positions available for a chef de partie and commis chef. The site is a prestigious financial institution and is looking for qualified chefs for the staff restaurant.
Our client is looking for a qualified chefs with a background in fine dining, restaurants, hospitality, contract catering. It would also be great to have experience with banqueting functions, buffets and/or events.
You will be able to work all sections of the kitchen, you will be experienced with inventory control, stock rotation, purchasing and training of staff. Menu development, costing and implementation are essential. You will have the relevant education and certificates required for this role.
