A career-minded professional team-orientated sous chef. This role will report into the sister of a brother-sister team who have recently taken over this newly tenanted pub, the Waggon and Horses, Surbiton.
Together, the team are establishing a busy food trade within what is already a busy drinking business. We are looking for someone who will fit in with a bubbly energetic team.
