Commis chef required for luxury 5 star “Leading Hotel of the World.” My client is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and career focused commis chefs to join their brigade.
They have commis roles across the spectrum, within their fine dining restaurant, their brasserie and conference & banqueting kitchens. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 years experience within a rosetted kitchen and/or 4 or 5 star hotels.
You will have the passion and will to learn and be accustomed to working in pressurized kitchens. The operation consists of a 75 cover 3 AA rosette restaurant, 150 cover banqueting operation all run by a brigade of 15 professional chefs from around the world.
