Ubon by Nobu - Japanese Restaurant. We are currently recruiting efficient professional Chefs all Grades for our busy restaurant at Canary Wharf.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for London's top restaurant group.
We expect our applicants to be:
1) reliable and hard working
2) team players with excellent communication skills
3) available to work flexible hours (we open from Monday to Saturday and our full time staff normally work 5 days a week)
Previous experience in a similar establishment, a good knowledge of Japanese language and/or Japanese cuisine will be a plus.
**You must be an experienced chef with a valid visa to work in the UK. You must speak fluent English**
