Project Accountant required for Real Estate Fund Manager in the West End.
A specialist real estate fund manager and integrated property group that owns, develops and manages industrial and business space globally, requires a qualified interim project accountant for 4-5 months. This role is suited to someone with 5 years+ post-qualified experience, ideally with some experience in the property background. Reporting to the European CFO, this will be a largely autonomous role to assist during an exciting period of growth. The various projects will include; complex statutory reporting for funds, system implementation project and extensive group consolidation work and dealing with the issues surrounding this. The financial team in London is rapidly growing and therefore, there is potential for a long-term role for a suitable candidate. The ideal candidate will have extensive property / fund background, group consolidation experience and have been involved with a system implementation project previously (ideally Hyperion or ECS).
