Building Services Technician

Tired of commuting to Central London? One of the markets leading building services suppliers are currently looking to recruit a building services engineer to work on a varied multi tenanted site in the Guildford area.

Ideally the successful candidate will have run a single man site or have a wealth of experience with: Re-lamping (changing ballasts), Air handling units, 1st line Chiller & Boiler, Water Treatment, Cooling Towers, Fan Coil Units, Pumps/ Valves, emergency lighting & fire alarm tests, risk assessments, permits to works and other associated building services duties.
