Accounts Payable Clerk - GBP10 to GBP15ph
A boutique Media Organisation is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their small but lively department. The duration for this role will be up to six months.
The main responsibilities are: run the purchase order invoice status report regularly; chase the Budget Officers for any non goods receipted invoices & investigate any unpaid items; check and match foreign pay-runs weekly; check and match GBP supplier pay-runs twice weekly; reconcile the supplier statements and chase/request any aged invoices; solve ad hoc supplier queries and liaise with other departments to resolve supplier issues.
