Accounts Payable Clerk - GBP10 to GBP15ph / GBP25k perm
A leading Media Organisation is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their busy department in the news and current affarirs department.
The duration for this role will be up to six months and the oppertunity to go permanent.
The main responsibilities are: run the purchase order invoice status report regularly; chase the Budget Officers for any non goods receipted invoices & investigate any unpaid items; check and match foreign pay-runs weekly; check and match GBP supplier pay-runs twice weekly; reconcile the supplier statements and chase/request any aged invoices; solve ad hoc supplier queries and liaise with other departments to resolve supplier issues.
