Employment Solicitor - 6 month contract
Major public institution seeks employment/governance solicitor/ILEX for a 6 month contract.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Senior Legal Adviser, London Assembly, Senior Legal Advisers, Employment and Governance, Head of Legal and Procurement.
Providing legal advice to the Authority and its senior managers, in particular, statutory and related legal issues with regards to employment related matters, and the governance of the Authority and the London Assembly.
Providing expert legal advice and support in matters relating to employment law and public law, working groups on all aspects, and the functions of the Assembly, and advise the Senior Legal Advisers, London Assembly and Employment and Governance and/or Head of Legal & Procurement Group of any implications for the Authority.
And any other ad-hoc duties
