BANKING PARALEGAL


Join this Magic Circle Law firm and gain some strong experience.

This is an opportunnity to join the Structured and Asset Finance Banking team on a 6 month Fixed Term contract.

The key responsibilities for this role will include Proofreading documents, distributing draft documents to clients and external parties, managing conditions precedent exercise on deliveries of assets, assisting in organising closings, preparation and distribution of bibling documents on closings and general administrative duties

You should be enthusiastic, a team player, have a high level of initiative and a willingness to learn. The role will involve contact with various internal and external clients therefore excellent communication, professionalism and interpersonal skills are essential. and it is essential that you hold previous knowledge and experience of general Banking principles and demonstrate an ability to pick things up quickly. In addition you must be computer literate, have a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and have completed the LPC.

Transactional experience required.
