Corporate Loan Distribution Officer x 2

The London arm of this Asian institution are seeking a Corporate Loan Distribution Officer to join their newly developing Europe and Africa Syndications Centre. This is an ideal opportunity for the right candidate to further their career in a well established banking institution
The purpose of this position will be to have responsibility for the distribution of transaction, which have originated by the syndications centre and bilateral and syndicated loans divisions.
The main responsibilities will be to:
§ Work with Originators and Relationship Managers to structure and price transactions
§ Ability to book run and distribute primary deals to relevant institutions in the market
§ Provide input on underwriting opinions and pricing advice
§ Undertake the distribution of transactions
§ Support Originators/RMs at credit committee when recommending an underwriting and sell down strategy
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within FS industry, a proven track record in distribution of loans and structured transactions and a relevant degree and/or professional qualification (or equivalent). Languages knowledge would also be preferred.
