This meaty role as Event Co-ordinator / Events Administrator, based close to Blackfriars, would be an excellent opportunity for a well organised jobseeker with some solid admin and customer service experience to join this popular and friendly company getting involved in all aspects of event management. Essential requirements for this Event Co-ordinator / Events Admin role include:
Good admin skills
Pref experience in taking minutes at meetings
Word, Excel and Outlook skills
Excellent spelling, grammar, writing and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Positive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach
The key areas within this Event Co-ordinator / Events Admin role include:
Sales Support, such as preparing mailshots, liaising with the Sales Team etc
Event admin including taking minutes at meetings, maintaining budget sheets in Excel etc
Handling exhibitor queries
Providing support for the Event Marketing Team
Assisting in the organisation of awards dinners, exhibitor parties and exhibitor days
