The Company
My client, a Top 20 firm based in Dublin City Centre, is currently recruiting an Outsourcing Manager to be responsible for the operations, management and control of the Outsourcing Unit. This unit deals with management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT, training, systems implementation, payroll and general accountancy services
The Role
* WIP Management * Raising of fees * Cash collections * Leading a team * Participating in management meetings * Training of staff * Reviewing management accounts, payroll and book keeping assignments * Meeting clients and developing relationships
Requirements
* Qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA or IATI * Currently holding position of Account Manager with 2 years experience within the role * Must have a track record of managing people * Strong VAT, PAYE and payroll knowledge desirable * Proven competency in producing monthly and quarterly management accounts * Strong accountancy skills essential, ideally with an accounting practice background
Salary will be circa 60k and will depend on experience
