HR Admin Team Leader

My client requires a HR Admin Team Leader to oversee and supervise the HR admin team and handle general administrative duties. Leading a team of 4 staff members to cover maternity leave, duties will include:
? Assist with recruitment procedures
? Assist with disciplinaries and grievances
? HR Reports
? HR administrative duties
? Training of team members

We are looking for someone with strong HR admin skills who is happy to supervise a team. This role is start straight away. The role is a varied role and offers useful benefits. The role is split 75% HR admin and 25% staff management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to move up 'the HR ladder'

You must have previous HR experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, good IT skills and highly organised. Please note: only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. This contract is starting straight away.
