Established over five years ago, this Bedfordshire-based Construction Recruiter is expanding and is looking for experienced Recruiters. An independently-owned agency with a relaxed yet professional working environment, this is not a strict KPI environment, rather you will be expected to be organised, able to work autonomously and be an effective time manager. You will be doing the full recruitment cycle from cold call to close call; conducting face-to-face and telephone interviews and presenting to clients to win new business.

Candidates with recruitment experience will be considered although Construction recruitment experience would be advantageous.
