Who they are
Growing London operation of international banking group with global assets $20billion. The business comprises FX/MM, commercial and wholesale banking together with retail activities. No equity trading is undertaken. The role has arisen as they now wish to strengthen the London audit department and are also interested in succession planning. The position reports to the General Manager in London

What you will be doing
To plan and undertake internal audits of all branches in London and Paris with a view to providing a continuous management control and risk appraisals activity and to determine the effectiveness of the organizations' systems and internal controls. Money Laundering Reporting Officer. The role includes:
audit planning, system review, risk assessment, reporting and follow up. You will provide management input. You will also act as the Money Laundering Reporting officer for the Bank.

What they are looking for
You should have an appropriate formal audit qualification (e.g. A.C.A, I.I.A) or qualified by extensive experience within the banking industry preferably at operational and management level. The job holder requires a thorough knowledge of all aspects of banking including Private and Retail Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, Corporate/Institutional Banking and Retail Operations, at a senior level.
