Our international law firm client seeks to recruit a Banking Legal Secretary for a role working at Senior Associate Level. Your professional services background would be very welcome in substitution for legal secretarial experience, so long as you are able to demonstrate a willing, 'can do' approach.
The role offers a fair amount of autonomy in the absence of the Fee Earners, managing their correspondence, e-mails and voicemails, as well as proactively drawing the Lawyers' attention to items requiring urgent attention.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines as well as exercising initiative in a proactive manner.
Microsoft Office Suite skills essential.
