This Outstanding opportunity as Team Admin Sec is perfect for an ambitious Secretary wanting to progress into a senior role within a professional City based Recruitment Consultants. This varied and interesting position is working in a busy division for a friendly team who recruit within Marketing. Great benefits include 25 days holiday rising, BUPA, IF STL, etc.

Personality is the most important criteria for this Team Admin Sec role as the office is fun and sociable! You'll have plenty of confidence and a good sense of humour to fit in with the team! Skills wise, 40 wpm typing is adequate together with a basic knowledge of MS Office. All other training can be given!

Main responsibilities within this Team Admin Sec role include secretarial support to a team of consultants as well as:

Lots of reformatting of CVs
Typing proposals, shortlist notes, interview notes
Producing PowerPoint presentations
Typing client contracts and sending out placement letters
Updating jobs on the web and intranet
Producing ads on Quark
Arranging meetings
