Admin Officer, Administrator
Based close to Blackfriars / City Thameslink stations, our popular client urgently requires a good Admin Officer to join their Executive / Private Office, offering full administration support at a very senior level. This role is temporary, on an ongoing basis, possible for up to 6 months. Start as soon as possible!
Essential requirements for this temporary Admin Officer role include:
Admin skills
MS Office skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to liaise at a senior level
Ability to work effectively to deadlines
Based in the Executive Office of this interesting government organisation, key areas of responsibility include:
Admin support to the Chairman, CEO, Private Office and Internal Communications team
Preparing letters
Filing, faxing, photocopying
Dispatching Board and Committee papers
Opening, logging and distributing post
Booking meeting rooms and refreshments
Ordering stationery
Covering for Private Office colleagues as required
