TEAM SECRETARY/ADMIN - CARDIFF

This is supporting the Quantity Surveying & Project Mgt teams:
Team Support
? To provide full team support to the PM and QS teams within the Cardiff office
Bids & Submissions
? Responsibility for preparing Pre-qualification and tender submissions
? Proof-reading of bids
? Maintain bid correspondence/receipts file
? Adopt current best practice and promote brand
IT
? IT representative for the South West teams
? Maintaining and producing quarterly asset report for South West
? Order new IT equipment / set up e-mail addresses for new starters etc
? Order mobile phones and business cards
? Equipment booking / equipment record
? Organise old equipment collection etc
? IT leaver documents / return of equipment etc
Office duties
? Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
? Staff reception desk 2.5 days per week and when covering carry out reception tasks
? Managing petty cash and responsible for monthly reconciliation
? Expenses co-ordinator
? Responsible for travel arrangements for location ? booking of all trains, flights and hotels and ensuring best value for money
? Responsible for monthly archiving
Provision of support to other members of the admin team
Strong Secretarial experience, good MS Office, fast/accurate typing & a great attitude are required.
