This successful medium-sized IT recruiter has grown to a turnover of over £6.5million last year - a cash rich organisation; they have made money every year. There are massive progression opportunities for the successful recruiter, including share options if you hit your annual target, plus pension and healthcare options. Quarterly team targets include trips to Las Vegas and Monaco. The company's clients include some famous blue chips from the worlds of high-street banking, finance and investment banking.

You're probably a fresh graduate or someone with a background in telesales or resourcing. You'll join a successful, KPI-driven environment and will enjoy meeting clients and building relationships. With a very laid-back management style, all targets are highly achievable, and if people hit them the company proactively promotes staff and supports them with building a team around them meaning the sky is the limit in this role
