Due to natural growth they are looking to expand the team with a Temps Manager for their Accountancy & Finance division. The successful candidate will enjoy great autonomy to run the show and progress rapidly to Director level.
Ideally you will come from a Financial background, and you must be happy to bill. They would however take a talented temps recruiter from any professional sector - if they can lead and build a team, then they can learn sector. Senior Consultants looking to take the next step up will also be considered. The role is business-growth focused, so you'll need to have a vision, while creating the culture and atmosphere. As a billing manager you will be responsible for KPIs, P&L, recruiting and expanding the team, as well as coaching and mentoring.
