Base to £22,000 OTE £40k+
Our client is the world's leader in specialised recruitment in Accounting, Finance, and banking with over 50 years' experience. They have offices across the globe, with an S&P Top 500 listing and revenues in excess of $1.9billion. Due to expansion, they are currently seeking focussed, driven Trainee Consultants to work in either the part-qualified or qualified market.
They are looking for someone with good sales experience - perhaps in an industry like estate agency - with good sales figures to demonstrate your track record. You'll be someone with a determined attitude and the drive to be successful in the fast-paced world of recruitment. You should be highly polished and most importantly keen to earn money. You will enter a KPI-driven environment, taking over warm clients and handling the full recruitment role, including meeting clients and candidates.
