Base to £50,000 OTE £115k + benefits
Our client was established in 1993 to focus on providing a specialist professional recruitment service to clients ranging from leading FTSE 100 companies, investment banks and professional partnerships to SMEs, start-up ventures and non-profit bodies. Operating a true meritocracy, four Consultants have become managers in the last year, proving it is not how long you've been there that decides progression. They offer all staff a comprehensive training programme including a dedicated academy, and have an opening for an outstanding Team Leader to manage the Accountancy into Investment/Retail Banking team.
To be considered you must have temps knowledge and supervisory experience ideally in the Accountancy, Investment or Retail Banking recruitment sectors. Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage, but you could for example be a Senior Consultant looking for the next step up. You would join a warm desk and will have to be able to lead from the front; developing new business rather than letting the desk tick over. The team needs to be pushed forward and expanded ? there is a team of two at the moment, so you will set KPIs and bill, before eventually becoming more hands-off as the team develops.
