Base to £50,000 + Commission & Benefits
This small but dedicated consultancy specialises in the recruitment of finance professionals for clients across the South East of the UK, ranging from SMEs through to FTSE 100 groups. They recruit for permanent, temporary and contract roles throughout the industry, including part-qualified accountants from £18k to £30k and qualified ACA, ACCA and CIMA accountants from £30k to £100k plus. This is a candidate-driven market where you will experience no red tape, lots of autonomy and a true meritocracy where people are promoted based on their performance.
This is a genuine opportunity to help build and develop our successful team, where you will be able to drive commercial growth and establish new relationships with clients and candidates. You will either be in a management role currently or looking for the next step on your career ladder. A background in accountancy recruitment would be an advantage. The role will entail the whole cycle of recruitment, plus the management of three Consultants and one Resourcer.
