Base to £45,000 OTE £85k + benefits

To be considered you'll need to be an experienced Team Manager with experience of the accountancy, finance, banking or insurance sectors. You can still bill and indeed will run your own desk but this role is more about getting others to bill, being the last link in the chain. You'll be in charge of a large team so previous supervisory experience essential. There are lots of resources to work with, and you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring with slightly more focus on management than billing.
