Fitness Manager - TopGolf Game Centre AddlestoneAre you a dynamic individual passionate about health and fitness?We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated Fitness Manager, to operate a gym facility with heaps of potential and a very personal atmosphere.This is the perfect opportunity for a confident individual with a fitness background and a real drive for exceeding targets and increasing membership sales. Previous management experience is not as essential as a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn! Previous supervisory experience is a requirement.The perfect candidate will have bags of energy, and a firm understanding of fantastic customer service. We are seeking an inspirational leader who is able to motivate a small team, offer effective fitness specific training, and to encourage both retention and attrition of new members through creative and effective ideas.This post is ideal for an excellent communicator with superb organisational skills. There is ample opportunity to develop a wide skill base within our organisation, as there is also an administrative element to the role. You will be responsible for running reports and organising basic data caption to enable us to grow our membership database. You will receive full training and support in all areas of the role and constructive feedback along the way.Responsibilities include recruitment and training, holding regular team meetings, pro-actively promoting the fitness club, meeting report deadlines and targets, maintaining fitness equipment, conducting personal training, designing one to one fitness sessions, controlling budgets, upholding high levels of company brand standards, and undertaking duty management shifts which offer a great platform for progression into a more senior management role within the company in the future.You could be the person to join our exciting business and make a difference.
