The Natural Fitness Academy specialises in Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps and we are currently seeking talented fitness trainers to cover popular evening and weekend sessions in Chiswick W4.We are hol;ding a trainers recruitment open day on Sunday Feb 3rd 2008Positions that are available and which we will be actively recruiting for are:Trainee Boot Camp Fitness Instructors. This position is ideal for those newly qualified and with little experience. We will train you in every aspect of running a successful Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp with a view to your successful completion of our 'Apprentice Programme', whereby you will become a fully fledged NFA Boot Camp Coach after 3 or 6 months, depending on your ability to advance through and successfully complete the course modules. On this course you will also study new business development and have the opportunity to practice your skills by generating new business for the NFA. You can expect to be paid a competitive performance based salary as a result, ensuring that your presence within the business is beneficial to both you and The NFA.Boot Camp Fitness Instructors/Coaches: This position is ideal for those with a high standard of qualifications and a good deal of experience in the fitness industry. You will be expected to 'hit the ground running' and be available to conduct our Boot Camp sessions with little or no training, using your experience of group fitness instruction to provide a workout that meets NFA requirements. You will be expected to be available for daytime, evening and weekend sessions in Chiswick W4 and to be ready to train in other locations accross London. This position is a prominent 'marketing platform' for your specialised small group/personal training services which you will be expected to market to NFA members at sessions, via the NFA website and at NFA events. It is anticipated that an effective trainer with something unique and valuable to offer will be able to generate a significant amount of business through developing a presence at our Boot Camp sessions and communicating outside those sessions with the people they meet and train at them. Earnings will amount to a combination of your Basic Session Rate (the flat fee you are paid per session which can range from #15 to #30 according to age, experience, ability and qualifications) and your self generated private/semi-private training booked through The NFA.Trainers in this position will also be expected to be available to manage corporate accounts, training corporate teams in W4 and the surrounding areas in exclusive Boot Camp style workouts during office hours. This will involve training a group of 10 to 20 people a set number of times a week for an agreed number of weeks. You will guide a group through an exciting and transformational program of personal development through enhanced health, fitness and wellbeing. This role will be remunerated on an account by account basis. Account management skills are a key component of success here and you will be expected to keep the client very satisfied and secure repeat business at the end of their agreed contract, for which you will be paid a very competitive salary.Specialist Trainers:Do you have a specialist skillset that the NFA can offer to its members?
