Bloomberg Analyst - Top Private Equity Co - W1
London Based Private Equity firm, requires a Bloomberg Terminal Analyst to join their busy team providing research to European, U.S. and Asian markets.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Global Data Equities team. This group provides real time market data which is used within the firm to make informed investment decisions.
Your responsibilities in this role would include: delivering focused reporting through specific market sectors within major Global markets, providing real-time as well as archived financial and market data, pricing, tracking, news, process and maintain data for pre selected companies.
You will be responsible for the entire life cycle of company data on the Bloomberg terminal from analyst estimates of its future performance to company earnings releases and in depth fundamental research on company accounts.
For this position we are looking for a dedicated, self starting candidate with a passion for the financial markets with extensive experience with the Bloomberg system.
Qualifications
2-3 Years Bloomberg Terminal experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Keen interest in financial markets
Knowledge of accounting either via education or past experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience of processing data is desirable
CFA qualification an advantage
EU work authorization required
Ability to deliver superior service while multi-tasking and managing conflicting priorities is necessary. Previous banking exposure is desired. This role will also require flexibility to work varying hours and shifts, including overtime when necessary.
