Trainee Construction Recruitment- Central London- 35K First
A leading construction recruiter based minutes from the Strand is actively seeking 2 sales orientated graduates to become apart of their rapidly expanding team. Having been voted in the Top 100 companies to work for by the Sunday Times, you will be recruiting for the buoyant construction sector on projects such as the 2012 London Games, River Thames Developments and Corporate Real Estate.
On joining you will initially be put through their industry leading training academy where you will learn all aspects of Recruitment ? from Generating new business, presenting to companies, pitching new clients and candidates, negotiating fees and closing deals, before working alongside a team of top billing consultants as a fully fledged recruiter. You will then have the opportunity of working on a number of high profile projects servicing Clients on a regional, national and international basis recruiting a wide range of professionals from Project Managers, Town Planners, Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within sales and be able to juggle multiple tasks, enjoy working in a fast moving and demanding sales environment and have a positive and proactive approach. Prior experience in recruitment is not essential, however a passion for establishing a career in construction recruitment is!
