Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant- Canary Wharf
Based in high spec offices only minutes from Canary Wharf a market leading IT Recruitment Consultancy are actively seeking two bright and sales focused graduates to join their team of highly successful consultants. Within this position you will provide IT staffing solutions to a number of high profile Investment banks, Retail Banks and Insurance & Risk Management organisations.
On a daily basis you will be sourcing and interviewing candidates, making cold calls and business development calls to maintain existing clients as well as develop new business, matching appropriate candidates to relevant job opportunities and managing your own 'patch' of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to undergo one of the industries most robust training programmes, and work for a company that is dedicated to the development and growth of their people as well as working for a company set to become the main player in the market place of IT recruitment.
Working with some of the biggest names in the billion pound IT sector, you will be placing a wide number of candidates from junior java developers to project managers, with salaries ranging from 20 up to 100k plus. With an industry leading commission structure in place there is the realistic potential to earn 40K within your first year!
To be successful you will be a strong graduate with a strong business-to-business sales background. This job requires confidence, excellent communication skills, a resilient nature and a hungry and passionate work ethic. You will also be dealing with some of the highest paid professionals within the IT Services Industry. Anyone who already has experience or an understanding of IT will have an initial advantage when going through the training etc.
